Mysore practice 2/2/19


After a 7-week break, I went back to the shala. Lynne gave me a big hug. I felt really good and comfortable. I was taking it easy. My body felt little bit heavy but spiritually I was very light and jolly being back at the shala. I missed this morning practice a lot, my morning routine. From drop-back and come-up, I lost a bit of control in the final come-up. Now.. I really need to focus on drop-back, come-up as well as on jump-through!!
