I decided to go to Anne's LED class today as I could take some more time in the morning. It reminded me of my time in Copenhagen. Olivia was also there for the first time. We practiced next to each other. Anne explained about inhale-head-up vinyasa. I really like when she gives those tips. You really learn something every day. I was a bit afraid of my wobbly utthita hasta padnagusthasana. But it was okay! I stayed more or less stable :-) All the standing was good. Anne came and pushed me in triang mukha ika pada paschimottanasana. I tried to hold my wrists in marichyasana. Navasana was hard and I just had my legs bent. My sacrum/tailbone area is really hurting a lot these days.. Holding my fingers together in supta kurmasana was good. Anne helped me cross my ankles. When I rolled up in ubbhaya padangusthasana, I bent my legs......... Why'??? I think I was 'hurrying'. Haha. I was holding onto my ankle when rolled up in urdhva mukha paschimottanasana. Setu bandhasana was okay. Another great focus on my sarvangasana. I did all the chakrasana, very carefully. Sirsasana and half bend was good. Utplitih was good too. I was very happy with Anne's counting :-) I took a really really short savasana as I had to go to gemeentehuis. It was another very nice practice today.
